Managing global settings
Global settings do not apply in a Tanium as a Service deployment.
Global settings affect the behavior of Tanium Clients, Tanium Servers, Tanium Zone Servers, and the Tanium Console.
Important: Do not modify global settings unless Tanium Support directs you (see Contact Tanium Support).
Users require a role with the Write Global Settings permission to create, edit, or delete global settings. The Administrator reserved role has this permission.
From the Main menu, go to Administration > Management > Global Settings page to view global settings. When you select a row, the Selected System Setting section displays the setting details.
